It was a pleasure to have a conversation with All of the Above team. Hosted by the super-dope duo of history teacher Dr. Manuel Rustin and principal-leader Jeffrey Garrett, two Black male lifelong educators based in Los Angeles. I first met these two amazing humans at the "Dismantling White Supremacy in the Classroom" Conference led by Joe Truss. After the conference I had a chance to connect with Manuel and Jeffrey and they invited me to have a larger discussion with them about the work I do. So have a listen.
